Take care of yourself during this raw time. You deserve that. You made a decision based on what you felt was best all the way around. I know this is not the same at all, but I had a dog that was suffering and had to euthanize her and that was the best thing I could have done for her but I struggled with all these what if scenarios for quite some time until I could think more clearly when the rawness of losing her had passed.
