It's true. I wasn't there when P.A. joined. I was one of the "lowly" once a week shower people too and Peter A. was one of the leaders. All I knew is that he had joined in Amsterdam a little while before I got there, and somehow he was already a leader and getting the extra privileges that came with being one of the leaders.
