I agree with you. It is a thorny and personal issue. I dealt with it and found peace. I think most people find it uncomfortable because it requires self analysis and self criticism. I don't think a discussion at the level of groups of organizations is the same because it will provide a cloak and people will be more easily swayed to point their fingers at other groups, denominations, churches, etc. All groups have plenty of dirty laundry, and TF may not be looking too bad after and during the comparison of groups.
