Don't you think rather than blaming the victims of society's mistakes we should look at the society itself. We have a big problem with the indigenous population her. Substance abuse, child abuse, etc but rather than blame them I see it as a result of them being disenfranchised. You should have a look at our shameful history. I don't just pick on America. Australia has a abominable history when it comes to our indigenous people. I for one am ashamed.
