The F is a monolithical organization in that the chain of command is unbroken. As organizations go, it has individual members who may be as independent as they may choose to be and as the organization allows them to be. The F has expelled many people summarily, aren't you one of them? But also has allowed others to stay at times.
Isn't it true that everybody is a leader of their own ship? But everybody is also under somebody else. The chain is not broken. The further away leaders are from top leadership the more freedom they have to do as they please, as long as they send ther 10%.
