Your list is just about exactly the same as mine.

It's funny, the other day as my wife and I hiked through an alpine paradise, completely relaxed and drinking in the beauty of the scenery, we recollected on how it was virtually impossible to let go like that when we were in TF, eventhough we were often lived in beautiful exotic places. (I'm not talking about the post RNR years when many people made a real break, or a semi break from controling Family practices.)

In general in TF, the rules for relaxation is W&R, a full Word and Rest day once a week. Well, you could watch a video, go out to the park or beach, etc, and supposedly relax. But permeating your whole free day was still the overiding Fam. works trip mentality that Word and prayer had better come first. So your rest day needed to be used for reading the GNs more than anything, and any real relaxing, well that was just a fringe benefit.

So my wife and I were talking about what a liberation it is not to have that fear controling us anymore, even our free time. Those fears that somehow we might miss the mark, and might not make it as true members of the Gideon's band, the End-time army, and true children of David, blah, blah, blah.
