Is to get the media involved. I hate to say it, but sometimes that's the only way. For sure, none of us have any resources, we are all over our heads in troubles already. But if the media gets involved and there is a public outcry, mountains begin to move. Gee whiz, if they can get money for dog or something, why not for children?????
