If you look at the Family as a charitable organization, this kind of thing is typical for the times.
Corporations are cutting back, spending less and giving less. People are being laid off, losing jobs and have less money to survive on, much less to give to charity.
Personally, I find it amusing that after The Family has been so down on "The System", which is made up of corporations and people working for a living, that they now find themselves the victim of hard times in "The System".
I mean... where did they think all that money came from in the first place?
