I believe you are right about the kind of idealism now is different to those of us at the beginning, but it is still there. A argument could also attribute it to their genetic makeup. That is why the real long term problem is not the affiliation of a person but how close he/she is to Berg's and Maria's teachings.
There were, and probably are, many nice people, innocent, etc. in TF but the stench comes from the teachings. The thirs generation might grow appart from TF, as many in the SC and FG have but it is their separation from the evil teachings of Berg and company what will determine their spiritual fate.
That's why I think that sites like this one, full of original information and historical facts that can be validated by the multitude of voices is the way to go. We will be gone one day, maybe tomorrow, but the evil we witness will not go if we put it down for others to read.
