I wonder if you underestand the gravity of the situation. Suggesting to a known top leader (and she has been out of the group since the 70s -how long does it take to know how not to be deceived - normally, it's "once burned, twice shy") that they sue an exmember site without discussing this with the site coordinators was extremely damaging. If she changed her mind, it would have been in order for her to apologize to those people she wronged. Then this discussion would not be taking place.
