One by one: First of all, I didn't say you are defending TFI. I know some suggestive questions (not mine) may have you thinking that way. My point was, in fact, addressing this concern of yours and explaining that perhaps you were not up to speed on how ME is seen here. Not only she is not respected, she is despised by many of us for her cover ups. The same goes, though at a smaller scale, for your Mr. Steven and Miss Adria.

Are they Christian?
What I have learned is that one's spiritual beliefs are not what one says but what one does. Their use of Family material is what they do, and that says a lot to many people because The Family International IS NOT A CHRISTIAN ORGANIZATION.

You wanted me to clear up whether this site is Christian or not? Well, that's a good question. I don't know. Every so often the topic comes up. Some people are Christian, others are atheists and yet others may be probably closet satanist. There is another board hosted here called Journeys (see on the side vertical panel and click on Journeys). So if you want to categorize the whole site as Chrtistian or non-Christian based on the conversations on this board, is would be a fundamental mistake and you will arrive to the wrong conclusion. Scorn and suspicion is reserved for those who appear to be defending the cult's views. I must say that there is little tolerance here for that attitude. If you were Christian, as you appear, you would not appear to be defending their teachings even as they are promoted by others who call themselves Christian. You might admire them, many of us here do not.

I must add that if you were in TFI for quite some time, you are not now, and therefore must realize that their teachings ARE EVIL. If you don't, there is a lot to talk about - in Journeys, which is the site's board devoted to "spiritual" topics.

Finally, to your last question. I am fairly successful in a high level technology related field with connections to R&D and many other really cool things. I have reached the top of my profession through hard work and education. My experience through TFI has helped me, I will never deny that, but I don't give Berg's evil teachings any credit for the positive results of TFI in my life.

Whatever good in my life through those almost 15 years in TFI did not come because of Berg but in spite of Berg and because of many of the wonderful people I interacted with. Sad to say, I cannot include every one I met in TFI in this wonderful group. There are many bad, really bad and horrible characters I still remember.

I am still recovering from those experiences. I hope you will too.
