Well I looked them up on Guidestar. Apparently they are quite new and just got their ruling on tax-exempt status in 2005. So there is no 990 available for them yet. I looked at their web site at http://www.givingheartofamerica.org/ and did not find a link to download their 1023 application for exemption. However, if you contact them and request it I believe they are required by law to make it available. From looking over their web site, I see no evidence that they are in any way connected to the Family.
