Yeah, I understand there are terms like 'substance abuse' instead of just saying 'addiction' but my mind can handle those terms. What gets me is people who call words of disagreement 'abuse.'
It's like the Family latching onto the words 'deprogramming' so that now, even if all you do is have a discussion with them & try to show them reasons why Berg was wrong, they'll accuse you of trying to deprogram them. Yet they were arguing just as stong on their side during the discussion. Since when have ordinary conversations become abuse & deprogramming?
I guess they know these loaded words can add a lot of weight to their agenda.
