When I was a kid, Rolf Harris was the unoffical Aussie ambassador, at least here in Canada. He had a lot of hit songs, including Tie Me Kangaroo Down Sport and the christmas song Six White Boomers. The reason I thought of him now is because this morning's news showed an unveiling of a new portrait he's done of the Queen. It's ghastly, if you ask me, but you can read what he said about it here: http://www.cbc.ca/story/arts/national/2005/12/19/queen-portrait.html

I'm not sure if Harris is a wanker or not, though my mum told me many years ago that she once cleaned his hotel room and he was a real slob. Does that qualify?
