Well, I did do the Philippine thing with Ed Priebe and that had some merit. But I don't think what I asked is 'uniformed and wildly speculative". You don't have to see a psychiatrist to get on SSRI's, the docs prescribe them like aspirin. And considering the trauma, and lack of any stable frame of reference for SGA'scoming out of the Family maybe there should be some sort of caveat about taking these types of drugs.
