Part of my value around here used to be that I could give an outsiders point of view. At this point, I'm so exposed to this stuff, I no longer have a clue how someone at a church who never heard of the cult would react. I'd really like to see a professional review of the book by someone unfamiliar with the cult.
I found it extreamly upsetting to read. I've been surprised that there has been so little talk about it on the boards.
