Simple answer. He wasn't a prophet. He might have had some sort of weird mystic psychic ability he inherited from his mother , who also rubbed elbows with Maffia , witches, and other spiritists, but he was no prophet and had no foresight.
In the early days of TF, disciples were a lot more
dedicated and loyal than they are today. If something was marked for a certain group, they obeyed that classification. out of fear.
Now things have changed a lot
