To me it sounds like a "nice" make up...albeit with enough truth to get the public interested or whoever googles her name...I figure a nice SG left his/her mark in the internet.
So far I consider her to be super deluded & not being aware of it...the other version is - quite widespread among exers, I think - she construes all the deception & in that being wickedly/knowingly smart...for the consequences it doesn't seem to matter...
