EQ is not more attributed to Latins, than IQ is less attributed to them. Same for any "race." IQ, EQ and spiritual Q is not divided along racial lines. Within Latins you have all sorts, from dumb to smart, nasty to sympathetic. It's the same within Asians, Europeans, or what-have-you.
And anyone who lacks something somewhere for themselves doesn't have to make it up to anyone else--they don't really owe the rest of the world anything.
It's really time to let go of these assumptions about people based on racial lines.
