I fail to understand what you are trying to say but it sounds like you believe the propaganda. Is that so? There is a message from "the folks" wishing somebody well and you believe? Funny you believe them. I wonder if I am the only one who does not believe a word of what they say or write.
Me thinks your understanding is wrong and the gossip thing is nothing but a cover up of their retirement. Why would the rank and file really care?
