I guess that's something people could "easily" respond to, inform me/us about, who studied law, especially state law in depth...international or whatever...I mean it's one thing to be overall responsible...which Berg always was, being the leader & therefore leaders ultimately have to resign, even for the simple reason of honour, if something happens in their "sphere" of influence, which is just "very bad"...only that Berg seldom had a clue, what is really bad...

I might be wrong, but I suspect there to be a "philosophical"/jurisdicial difference between personal guilt and responsibility...

Therefore we just simply "know" Hitler etc. were
bad, evil, criminals...even though we don't know all the details...I guess we sense it from the overall fruits....

Of many leaders in Nazi-Germany you say they were
"Schreibtischtäter", meaning they were exercising their deadly orders from their desk, they didn't "do" the killings, they ordered it & whether it's exactly the same or not, I am not here to say, the result is bad, heinous....it's an abuse of power.

In that regard Berg was for me "always" wrong/responsible: for he wrote & teachers according to the Bible have a morefold guilt or responsibility.

On the other hand, as someone with faith I am also reprimanded not to judge...& I also conclude from that, that much of my judging could be prejudices...

it irks me, when people are so dead sure in their judgement/knowledge...."prejudices"...for either they are full of info/knowledge, then, alright, time will tell or they are just actors, acting up & time will also tell (through countless crosschecking, confirmations from all sides)
