You write that "as someone with faith I am also reprimanded not to judge...& I also conclude from that, that much of my judging could be prejudices..."

There is something wrong with how you interpret the Scripture in this case.

See? It comes from Matthew 7:1, "Judge not, that ye be not judged". But there is no doubt that some judgment is demanded and required of Christians. For example, knowing who is a good shepherd and a false shepherd is the result of exercising Godly judgment. I you also against that, or should we have to wait for an earthly judge to render verdict on that too?

There are many other examples in the Scriptures that you should read under the light of Paul's exhortation: "Know ye not that WE SHALL JUDGE angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?" 1 Corinthians 5:12 - 6:3.

It irks you "when people are so dead sure in their judgment/knowledge"? I hope that you, as a Christian brother aspiring to be a teacher in the church, will seek in prayer a better lantern to get more light to help on your steps.

Perhaps if you want to continue your Bible interpretations, you should move this discussion to Journeys. Meanwhile you have given me more reasons to wonder about your Christian admonitions.
