So, I was wrong about the "13". There are at least 20 letters (or "documents", as they are now calling them) in the series. The first two in the series were released on 25 May 2010. The last I currently have (the 13th) was published on 29 May 2010. They are going to be releasing more in the next week.
Time permitting, I will publish them on xFamily.org as soon as I receive them.
