Hi,

The set up we have is quite efficient at reporting any errors on our part. Errors at all levels, at any stage of the posting process down to micro-transactions are all captured and reported with redundant overlaps to ensure that nothing escapes error reporting. If our scripts should fail, the raw Internet transaction logs basically record anything and everything that goes on. So if there was an action or transaction on the server, there will always be some kind of record of it.

Lately, we've been getting the blame for posting errors, but there have been no records of any failed attempts at any point in the posting process and the raw logs have failed to turn up anything. I'm quite certain the problems were on the poster's end, which usually means it has something to do with their own software setup. Whatever they did in the communication process, the data never made it across the Internet to reach our server, or we would be able to trace it.
