I know Laura probably did not mean it as it came out, but I would like to stress the fact that Aids transmission is not necessarily linked to homosexuality and that anybody (a new or old brother for that matter, a heterosexual or homosexual) could have communicated that to anybody as well.
Being HIV positive does not correlate with sexual orientation, but with unprotected sex and terribly unfortunate consequences.
